Clifton Hill School gets donation for careers scheme

Clifton Hill School has received a grant from the Horley Lions charity.

The special education school in Caterham was given £400, which will go towards their enterprise programme.

Assistant head Sinead O’Connor said:

“We are so grateful for this lovely donation. The money will go towards our careers provision. This will help our students to prepare for the future after they leave our school, and help them find the right college or if they want to go into employment.”

Horley Lions Club seeks to provide community fundraising activities and distribute funds raised to those in need in Horley and the surrounding areas.
