RH8 0BD. Notice is hereby given that an application has been
made by Idris Gungor to the Licensing Authority TANDRIDGE
DISTRICT COUNCIL for a Premises Licence for Recorded
Music: Monday to Sunday 1200 hrs to 2200 hrs, Late Night
Refreshment: Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays
2300 hrs to 2400 hrs & the Sale of Alcohol Sunday to Tuesday
1000 hrs to 2300 hrs and Wednesdays to Saturdays 1000 hrs
to 2400 hrs. A copy of the application may be inspected
between 09:00 & 16:00 Monday to Friday at the address shown
below. Any person wishing to make representations on this
matter must submit them in writing to the Licensing Section,
Tandridge District Council, licensing@tandridge.gov.uk or at
Station Road East, Oxted, RH8 0BT not later than 17th October
2025 stating the grounds on which the representation is made.
Take Note that it is an offence under S158 of the Licensing Act
2003 to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in
connection with an application and the maximum fine for which
a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is
unlimited.
