NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application has been made to the Licensing Authority of TANDRIDGE DISTRICT Council to vary a premises licence.
Details of the application are as follows:
To extend Licensable area to cover outside field area.
To vary timings of Regulated Entertainment to Sundays 1100 – 0000, Friday & Saturdays 1100 – 0130,
New Licensable Activity Live Boxing and Wrestling Friday & Saturday 2300 – 0130
Late Night Refreshment Thursday 2300 – 0030, Friday& Saturday 2300 -0100
Sales of alcohol Fridays & Saturdays 1100 – 0130
To Amend Conditions on Premises Licence
A copy of the application may be inspected between 09.00 & 16.00 Monday to Friday at the address shown below.
Any person wishing to make representations on this matter must submit those representations in writing to Licensing Section, Tandridge District Council, Station Road East, Oxted, RH8 0BT www.tandridge.gov.uk by not later than 6th August 2020 stating the grounds on which the representation is made.
Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
