LICENSING ACT 2003 Application for a New Premises Licence.
I, Godstone Farm Limited, of Godstone Farm, Tilburstow Hill Road, Godstone, Surrey, RH9 8LX.
I have submitted an application for the new premises licence to Tandridge District Council, Environmental Health Licensing Team, Station Road East, Oxted, Surrey, RH8 0BT.
The record of the application may also be inspected at this address between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm Monday.
Details of the new premises license are as follows:
To provide regulated entertainment such as plays, live music and recorded music and serve alcohol during the core opening hours of 09:30 and 18:00. In addition, the application covers the same licensable activities for specific events such as Low Bangs Fireworks for 2 dates in November finishing at 20:00 and for camping events during July/August with activities finishing at 22:00.
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make written representation to the relevant Licensing Authority by 17th August such representation shall be made in writing.
It is an offence to make a false statement knowingly or recklessly in connection with an application, the maximum fee for which a person is liable assuming conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale.
