A raffle, which Ruben's mum Charlotte Dyer organised as part of the family's overall campaign for the Royal Brompton & Harefield Hospital Charity ran throughout June, with prizes donated by local businesses, and tickets available at multiple shops in the town.

Councillor Jackie Wren joined Charlotte for the draw on Saturday, 9 July, picking out 23 lucky winners from more than 1,000 tickets that were bought.

The raffle raised £3,290, taking the total amount donated to Ruben's Fund in June to £5,224.

Charlotte thanked everybody who helped make the raffle success and acknowledged how far the campaign has already come:

"We are so close to our next milestone of £50,000!"

As of 11 July, the total fund stands at £45,812. To donate, visit the Ruben's Fund page or scan the QR code below.
