LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES LICENCE
An application has been made to the Licensing Authority of TANDRIDGE DISTRICT COUNCIL for a premises licence for Vino V, 22 Godstone Rd, Lingfield, RH7 6BW.
INDEPENDENT WINE MERCHANT AND DELI SERVING ALCOHOL TO BE CONSUMED ON AND OFF THE PREMISES MONDAY TO THURSDAY 10AM – 9PM FRIDAY TO SATURDAY 10AM – 11PM SUNDAY 10AM – 8PM
A copy of the application may be inspected between 10am & 8pm every day at the address shown below. Any person wishing to make representations on this matter must submit them in writing to the Licensing Section, Tandridge District Council, Station Road East, Oxted, RH8 OBT or licensing@tandridge.gov.uk by not later than 19th September 2022 stating the grounds on which the representation is made.
Please note that it is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
