Notice of application to vary a premises licence
PREMISES: Caterham Arms, Coulsdon Road, Caterham, CR3 5NF
Notice is hereby given that Charles Gerard Bohan has applied to the L B of Croydon on 23rd May 2022 to vary a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
The proposed variation is to extend the licence so that additional garden area is included in the licensed area for serving alcohol.
Anyone who wishes to make representations in relation to this application must give notice in writing by 20th June 2022 to Place Department, Licensing Team, 10th Floor, Zone B, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon, CR0 1EA
The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be viewed during normal office hours at Access Croydon, Croydon Council, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon CR0 1EA
The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction for such an offence is £5000.
