Monochrome Homes opened their new boutique estate agency in April, with their striking black and white branding making an immediate visual impact on the High Street.
Owner Ismail Tek began his career in property in 2015, starting as a trainee negotiator in both corporate and smaller independent companies. After several years in the industry, he knew he was ready to put his knowledge to use in his own business, leading him to open his first office in Caterham. Ismail recognises that the property industry can be challenging, but is determined to use his expertise to provide a bespoke experience for his clients, supporting them during every step of their journey to find their ideal home.
Raising a glass at the launch
The launch was attended by friends and family, as well as many local residents and businesses, and there was even an appearance from former Crystal Palace and England striker Andy Johnson.
Ismail cut through the bright orange ribbon which adorned the front windows, officially opening the new Monochrome Homes office. Champagne and soft drinks flowed as the guests then had the chance to get to know Caterham’s new arrival, followed by pizzas, and personalised cupcakes from Boes Cupcakes in Whyteleafe.
