LICENSING ACT 2003, NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES LICENCE FOR
PUBLIC OPEN SPACES IN WARLINGHAM CENTRE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application has been made to the Licensing Authority of TANDRIDGE DISTRICT COUNCIL for a premises licence. By WARLINGHAM EVENTS COMMITTEE
Details of the application are as follows:
Regulated Entertainment on Saturdays 10:00 – 19:00 & Sundays 11:00 – 19:00 at up to 6 Events a year
A copy of the application may be inspected between 09:00 & 16:00 Monday to Friday at the address shown below.
Any person wishing to make representations on this matter must submit them in writing to the Licensing Section, Tandridge District Council, Station Road East, Oxted, RH8 0BT or customerservices@tandridge.gov.uk by not later than 14th April 2022 stating the grounds on which the representation is made.
Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
