Notice: No. 3, Chelsham Terrace

Mr Stephen Eaglestone has applied to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for consent under section 38 of the Commons Act 2006 to carry out restricted works on area outside No. 3, Chelsham Terrace, Limpsfield Road, Warlingham CR69DZ. 
The Planning Inspectorate will decide the application on behalf of the Secretary of State.

The proposed works are:
Removal of existing grass and crazy paving (area measuring 9.4M²) to depth of 5 inches. Type 1 hardcore to fill area and flatten. Place porous pavers over flattened hardcore to existing level. Fill with top soil and regrass with seed to remain in line with local green appearance to create a crossover to front drive.
