Due to social distancing, Hever Castle's 20:00 performance of the Last Night of the Hever Proms filled up very quickly. To ensure more of you are able to experience this great end-of-season celebration, they have added another performance of this extra special concert, on Sunday 29 August, at 17.30.

Following the success of the Bitesize Last Night of the Hever Proms in 2020, we are delighted that the Brandenburg Sinfonia, conducted by artistic director, Bob Porter, has agreed to perform our favourite Proms-style concert, in Bitesize once again!

The performance runs, with no interval, for 70 minutes, from 17.30 – you are welcome to arrive from 17:00. There will not be the opportunity to picnic before the event, but you are welcome to stay once the concert has finished, find your perfect view away from the theatre lawn and enjoy a picnic in the gardens.

As well as a few cheeky puns from the artistic director along the way (some things don't change!) the evening will incorporate traditional British favourites: Greensleeves, the Sailors' Hornpipe, Jerusalem and Land of Hope and Glory, preceded by musical gems including:

Mozart – Marriage of Figaro Overture
Haydn – Farewell Symphony
Strauss – Blue Danube Waltz

Running time 70 minutes, no interval
Tickets: £25
Friends & Castle Members: £22.50
Discounted Theatre and Gardens ticket: £36.45
