The Caterham and District Independent recently collaborated with The Festival Theatre at Hever Castle and become their media partner. The theatre performances have been happening at the castle for the past 40 years and their summer shows began recently with live entertainment from The People's String Foundation.
Both Ben Sutcliffe and Zaid Al-Rikabi (who are Cornwall based) performed on one of the four stages located within the grounds. Their live album entitled Res Publica was available to buy following its release in 2019. The musicians use music, puppetry, art, cinematography and animation to produce a spectacular show which is accompanied by their 32 piece virtual orchestra.
