Also any persons who may have knowledge of the whereabouts of or an interest in the Estate of Michael David Quinn, Julia Ann Quinn, Edgar Reginald King, which a Land Registry search has shown to be the last known owners of the property, are requested to please send written particulars thereof to the undersigned on or before 30th April 2021, after which date Newcastle Borough Council may proceed with consideration of Compulsory Purchase of the property.
