In June we reported on Caterham schoolboy Josh Baker, who raised money during lockdown to help send 4-year old Liam Scott to New York for a potentially life-saving cancer vaccine.
The Scott family hit their fundraising total and flew to the U.S. in September. Liam has so far received three vaccines, with the next scheduled for 17 November.
Despite bruised arms from blood tests, and a fever and sore leg from the vaccine, he remains cheerful, and has been able to play football in Central Park with other children undergoing treatment.
Liam will be home for Christmas, before returning to the US in spring 2021 for further medical care.
