Aston Martin, Sevenoaks – “Our ethos at Jardine Motors is to be the best motor retailer as judged by you”.
The Caterham and District Independent recently visited the Aston Martin showroom in Sevenoaks who, along with Cambridge are one of only two Aston Martin dealerships within Jardine Motors Group. The team always strive to provide the ultimate customer experience when visiting either of our showrooms. It showcases stunning Aston Martin models such as the DBS Superleggera, DB11 and Vantage, all of which are available to test drive by appointment along with a fantastic range of used cars.
It will soon be also hosting the most anticipated new Aston Martin DBX which is powered by a fantastic turbocharged 4.0-litre V8 engine and can accelerate to 62mph in just 4.5 seconds. These incredible vehicles are of course built in Britain as you would come to expect from Aston Martin.
We spoke with the General Manager Anna Houldsworth, their Sales Manager, Nick Simmons and their After Sales Manager, Aaron Thompson who collectively form the management team.
Anna Houldsworth (General Manager) explained;
With 23 years’ experience in the automotive industry, I am thrilled to be part of such a fantastic brand and, as the only female head of business within the Aston Martin network, this is incredibly exciting for me. I have the drive, passion and energy to bring something different to our Sevenoaks Site. I’m looking forward to delivering an exceptional service to our customers and am always open to feedback and ideas for improvement.

Nick Simmons (Sales Manager) has said;
I have been with Jardine Motors for over five years having covered both Sales and Business Roles before moving in the Sales Manager role at Aston Martin, I have and have progressed through both premium and high luxury sports brands in the business during that time. During that time I have experienced some challenges both from a manufacturer and retailer perspective which have really helped me adapt my approach and enable me to ensure we have a robust approach to our customer journey and the growth of the departments that I have been responsible for. However, I can honestly say that being with Jardine’s Aston Martin business right now is the most exciting time of them all. The brand have undergone a significant change in the model line-up since the outgoing CEO, Dr Andy Palmer, introduced the DB11 as the launch of his ‘second century plan’ and these new models are exactly what the brand needed to bring it to the forefront of the prestige sector. The future under new investment and guidance of Mr Stroll looks bright so I am very happy to be a part of the journey towards renewed success for the brand.
Following on from government guidelines and reopening last month the site has embraced and implemented all COVID19 safety measures and upon arrival we were immediately requested to wear PPE, have our temperatures checked and sanitise our hands. The showroom has been realigned so as to accommodate the essential one way system clearly displayed on the floor and all the cars were opened for customers only upon request. Nick Simmons explained to us that despite the pandemic there has still been customers requesting appointments at the showroom but there are also virtual appointments and virtual tours for those who prefer to browse from home.
Aaron Thompson who manages After Sales explained that whether the customers enquiry is regarding MOTs, the replacement of a tyre or the fitting of an accessory pack to a vehicle, customer satisfaction is priority. This is something which the showroom and workshop area ensure is adhered to.
All of the team members at Aston Martin Sevenoaks have been trained to the highest standard in order to provide the highest levels of service. The sales specialists know each Aston Martin model inside out and their manufacturer-trained technicians are available at the Sevenoaks aftersales department to test all pre-owned cars, and ensure that they are still functioning at their best.
The Aston Martin Sevenoaks showroom can be found at 114-115 London Road, Riverhead, Sevenoaks, Kent, TN13 2DN and the sales department is open from 8.30 am to 6:00 pm on Monday to Friday, and 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturdays.
